Raccolto Restaurant

This was the third restaurant for this client. It’s in The Junction, a popular neighborhood in West Seattle. With a generous ceiling height, I wanted to bring in as much natural sunlight as we could find. The design was meant to be clean, minimal, and understated but warm an inviting. The owner made sure that the food took center stage. Like his first two restaurants, in addition to traditional dining, the owner included a “chef’s table” where diners are treated to special meals prepared by the owner.
